THE LAW FIRM
Founded in 1979, our offices are located in the heart of Lausanne, on Rue St-Pierre 2, between the cobblestones of the Rue de Bourg and Rue Caroline. The firm has five associate lawyers, François Magnin, Laurent Mösching, Christophe Borel, Catherine Bouverat and David Contini.

Our principal activity consists in offering legal advice to companies and individuals with personalized follow-up to guarantee the optimal defense of our clients’ interests.

Our team will reply to phone queries and welcome you to our offices from Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
THE FEES
There are no fixed or recommended tariff for lawyers' fees in Switzerland and in accordance with the law, fees are fixed on a case-by-case basis considering the time devoted to the execution of the case, the difficulties and the deadlines for carrying it out, the importance of the interests in question, the result obtained and the experience of our lawyers.

For the sake of clarity, the question of fees will be promptly addressed at the beginning of each case.
We regularly request deposits or send expense reports and intermediary fees to keep our clients informed of any changes in fees.

In cases of difficult financial situations, we will suggest that a request for legal aid be filed.
